Our Bed Surrounds are made to provide a safer, happier sleeping experience for your child and you! The surrounds are made of High-Quality Foam and PVC, made to order, and can be customised as required.
Our products are greatly beneficial to many children, often purchased especially to aid those who are Autistic, have Additional needs, limited mobility, ADHD and Mental Health Difficulties.
The walls of each surround are normally 6in/15cm thick this too can be customised if necessary. All our foam is machine cut, solid foam and fully fire retardant. Our PVC is a Phthalates free, quality fabric that fully conforms to EU Law.
The surrounds are freestanding but can be modified to attach to walls for extra safety.
The surrounds are easy to install, they attach with 4-inch Velcro flaps and include a base sheet. Mattress not supplied but will fit a standard single mattress unless custom made.
ALL Sizes can be customised if required.
Standard Low Wall
These are 50cm/20in high with an access dip in the front panel, good for children that just need soft sides and safety.
Standard Low wall extra
These are 60cm/24in high with an access dip the front panel, gives same security of soft sides just slightly higher.
Standard Low wall with high wall panels
These have a combination of Low (50cm/20in) and High (90cm/36in) wall panels. Most suitable for a child able to get in and out of the bed but who needs higher padding especially around walls.
High Walls Standard
These are the most secure beds providing a high level of safety.
Height options from 1m-1.4m /39-55in high.
High walls all round with front fold-down door, option for pivot door but these are less sturdy.
High Walls Standard with window/s
These are as above; they have the same high walls but with a window that makes them less enclosed and more breathable. They have a smaller front fold-down door, again an option for pivot doors but these are less sturdy. Windows are clear pvc or strong mesh stitched inside - so no edges to climb onto!
